About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Division of Emergency Management. The agency is seeking to acquire system enhancements to the FloridaPA.org website in order to meet federal public assistance (PA) program compliance risk assessment and monitoring requirements. The requested services include application server software and industry-specific software maintenance from March 21, 2024 to June 30, 2024. The estimated dollar amount for this single-source procurement is $80,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that MB3 Inc. (Civix) is the creator of the PA Portal and EM Portal databases, and therefore the proprietary source for support and maintenance of the system. This system is a vital tool for the state to manage each step of the Public Assistance Process for Federally funded and State-only event grants.
