About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) form from the Florida Department of Financial Services, Office of the Chief of Staff, for the "How To Do Florida" TV Program with Crawford Entertainment. The Department seeks to promote the My Safe Home Program on the Florida-specific "How To Do Florida" TV show, which is produced and owned by Crawford Entertainment. Crawford Entertainment has produced this show for the past nine years and has an established audience and network of stations throughout Florida to air the program. The Department is seeking a one-time purchase of these services, with a deadline for prospective vendor information of December 12, 2022.

The estimated dollar amount for this single-source acquisition is $150,000. Crawford Entertainment is the sole source for this service, as they own the trademark and production rights for the "How To Do Florida" show. The Department will post a notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with Crawford Entertainment if it is determined that the services are only available from this single source.
