About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) filed by the Florida Department of Revenue for an Integrated Envelope Permit and Printing System from DMT Solutions dba BlueCrest. The Department seeks proprietary BlueCrest components and maintenance services to support its existing high-speed integrated envelope and printing solution, including three Infinity Plus Permit Printers, DC Key Legacy MOS units, power cords, network cables, leg assemblies, fasteners, zipper bags, outer decks, custom templates, DC Key PPMCP interfaces, and SSE/TAC support labor for integration, installation, and training. The contract term is 12 months, and prospective vendors may provide information regarding their ability to supply the requested commodities and services by October 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with the posting period running from October 8, 2026, to October 30, 2026. No bidder's conferences, site visits, or award dates are specified in the posting.
The estimated dollar amount for this single source purchase is $200,000.00. BlueCrest is identified as the sole source provider because it is the only authorized manufacturer and provider of maintenance services, copyrighted software updates, and proprietary components for its equipment within the United States. The Department emphasizes that modification or maintenance by any entity other than authorized BlueCrest personnel may void existing hardware and software maintenance agreements. This acquisition is classified under UNSPSC code 963-660 for mailing machines, postage meters, and related mailing equipment maintenance services. The contact for vendor inquiries is Tanisha Miller at the Florida Department of Revenue, General Tax Administration, located at 2450 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Building 2-1653, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.
