About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (Form PUR 7776) from the Florida Department of Commerce for identity verification and fraud prevention solutions from Socure, Inc. The department seeks to retain Software as a Service (SaaS) Identification Application (ID+) and Application Programming Interface (API) that integrates with their Salesforce grants management system for the Office of Small Business Innovation. The contract term is 36 months from March 2025 to March 2028, with responses due by March 18, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. EST. The service will provide fraud prevention, identity verification, and Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance capabilities.
The estimated contract value is $780,000 ($260,000 per year for 3 years). Socure, Inc., located in Incline Village, Nevada, is identified as the intended single source as they are the proprietary software developer of the SaaS ID+ API. The justification for single-source acquisition is based on the software's integration capabilities with the department's existing Salesforce grants management system and Socure's status as the proprietary developer. The procurement has been approved by various department officials including the Director, Deputy Secretary, Chief of Staff, and Purchasing Director.
