About this file

This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). FWC is seeking to renew ESRI software licenses, procure new concurrent use ESRI licensing, and obtain maintenance and technical support from Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), Inc. for a 2-year term from 10/1/2024 to 9/30/2026. The total estimated dollar amount for this sole source acquisition is $999,000.00. FWC requires hundreds of ESRI licenses to access ArcGIS software and ArcGIS Online for various GIS-related functions, and ESRI is the only source for this proprietary software, maintenance, technical support, and named-user accounts.

The related state and local contract opportunity involves the same Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), Inc. - Licensing and Support requirement, and includes the jurisdictions of Leon County and Tampa City in Florida. Prospective vendors must provide information in writing regarding their ability to supply the required commodities or services by June 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM ET. The contractor selected must have the capability and integrity to fully perform the contract requirements in accordance with Chapter 287 of the Florida Statutes.
