About this file
The document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) from the Executive Office of the Governor of Florida. The agency is seeking access to an established online system to track activity and actions of the Florida Legislature. The minimum required system features include centralized bill assignment to multiple sub-accounts with centralized monitoring and related reporting, and the ability for users to access reports, notifications, press releases, announcements, opinions, and other information from various governmental entities. The intended single source is LobbyTools, Inc., and the estimated dollar amount for the one-year contract is $84,000.
The justification for the single-source acquisition is that LobbyTools, Inc.'s proprietary system meets the agency's identified requirements, and no other system with the same features has been identified. This notice is being posted in accordance with Sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3) of the Florida Statutes, and any prospective vendors are requested to provide information regarding their ability to supply the requested commodities or services.
