About this file
This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Department is seeking to purchase maintenance, support, repairs, parts, supplies, software licenses, software and hardware support, and training for AB Sciex laboratory equipment used in its various laboratories. The sole source vendor identified is AB Sciex LLC, as they are the manufacturer of the equipment and have the technical knowledge to provide the required services. The contract term is from the date of execution through June 30, 2025, with an estimated total value up to $194,000. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these commodities or services must submit relevant information to the Department by May 9, 2024. If it is determined that the services are only available from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with AB Sciex LLC on the Vendor Information Portal pursuant to Florida Statutes.
