Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan

Reclamation recognizes the responsibility of the contractor to carry out performance and quality control of performing waste removal. The QASP focuses on the level of performance required by the Performance Work Statement rather than the methodologies used by the contractor to complete the work. Reclamation intends to use measurable performance standards, in terms of timeliness and quantity, to measure/monitor the contractor’s performance against their schedule.

In conduct of this QASP, Reclamation will utilize random sampling to determine the contractor’s level of performance as follows:

• Random Sampling: Reclamation personnel verify performance by visual inspection and any verified onsite worker complaints.
