About this file
This is a public notice from the Department of the Navy (DON) regarding the de-obligation and closeout of three active contracts: N00030-07-C-0035, N00030-09-C-0024, and N00030-05-C-0045. The DON intends to de-obligate funds of $104.42, $61,481.20, and $0.45 respectively, as these contracts have $100,000 or less in unliquidated obligations and have had no disbursements in the last 365 days or more. Vendors are requested to review these contracts and identify if they agree that the outstanding balances can be de-obligated in full. If vendors disagree, they must complete a "Vendor Contract Retention Worksheet" and provide justification. Vendors must submit their responses via email to the provided address by the closing date, which is 30 calendar days after the original posting date. If the DON does not receive specific information from vendors, it will proceed with de-obligating and closing these contracts.
