About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget Printing Services for PT-1 Property Tags. The RFQ requested 50,000 property tags, with the evaluation and award recommendation made to the responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State based on criteria factors and price. The recommended vendor is Rotary Multiforms, with a bid price of $2,795.00 and a 15-day turnaround. The evaluation process allowed Printing Services to potentially award to a vendor with a higher bid if it provided better value based on turnaround time or other criteria.
The document provides details on the bidding and evaluation process, including the option for vendors to initiate a protest electronically through the Vendor Self Service system prior to the deadline. It also includes contact information for the print consultant and the Printing Services Consulting & Pre-Press Manager for any questions regarding the outsource process.
