PRICING SCHEDULE INFORMATION
1. Estimated Quantity
1.1. The estimated quantities identified in the pricing schedule above represent an estimate of the total number of defendants anticipated to require contract services during the contract period. The pricing schedule also identifies the number of defendants estimated to require services on a daily basis. These quantities are based on historical use of these same services during calendar year 2010. These quantities are NOT ordered by this contract and are NOT guaranteed to any single contract holder.
1.2. Task orders will be issued on a quarterly basis. For Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Residential, and Transitional services, each task order will identify to the contract holder the number of slots (e.g., beds or treatment session attendees) PSA requires the contractor to reserve for our use. Orders for On-site Counseling Sessions will identify the number of sessions to be delivered during the task order period.
2. Variation in Quantities
2.1. Task orders will allow a variation in quantity based on actual defendants treated during the task order period of performance. The permissible variation shall be limited to:
Increase Decrease
REGULAR OUTPATIENT TREATMENT 50% 50%
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT 50% 50%
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT 32% 32%
TRANSITIONAL TREATMENT 100% 100%
ON-SITE TREATMENT GROUP SESSIONS NA NA
ON-SITE SANCTION GROUP SESSIONS NA NA
ON-SITE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS NA NA
This increase or decrease shall apply to each quantity specified in the task order delivery schedule.
2.2. At the completion of the task order, the Contractor and Government will conduct a joint audit of the actual quantities ordered/used during the period of performance. If the actual quantity of the unit-priced item varies more than the variation permitted in paragraph 2.1 above, an equitable adjustment in the task order price shall be made upon demand of either party. The equitable adjustment shall be based upon any increase or decrease beyond the permitted variation of the estimated quantity.
