Objective Performance

Standard Performance Threshold

Statement of Requirement Para A: Initial software installation and testing.

Contractor provides initial software installation for dispatch center and all mobile units. Server connectivity to and from Central Square to POM, then to and from ECC to all mobile units.

100% Server connectivity and operational software at installation and testing phase, in accordance with approved implementation plan.

Statement of Requirement Para A: Initial software installation and testing

Task Completion Report (TCR), signifying the completion of the installation;

Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT)

TCR provided within 24 hours of completion;

FAT pre and post go live, as appropriate

Statement of Requirement Para A: Software Maintenance

Contractor shall conduct routine maintenance to ensure software functionality, and address software issues in minor enhancements. Updates will be socialized, coordinated, and approved prior to release.

24/7 Monitoring and Diagnostic Testing 100% Ongoing support

Para A: Software License Renewal for software upgrades and pertinent software documentation updates to ensure proper configuration, operation and functionality to include the receipt of the latest commercially available software release version(s).

Contractor provides software renewals, upgrades and pertinent software documentation updates as they become available.

Annually at a minimum

Para B: Hardware

Contractor shall provide new and operational hardware for initial installation and as needed for life cycle replacement

Contractor provides 24x7 remote support from ECC dispatcher

Technical support responds within two hours of dispatcher request for assistance

Para A Software Compliance

Contractor is required to meet the requirements of California Justice Information Services (CJIS) policies

100% Compliance

Statement of Requirement Para C Training for initial installation, routine updates, and new software

Contractor provides initial and scheduled hands on and simulation training using data processes and information relevant to call center. Class schedule will be coordinated and finalized by POM Supervisors.

Initial training within 24 hours of installation

Routine updates and new software training is within 24 hours of POM Supervisor approved software
