About this file

This file is a list of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions and clauses incorporated into a commercial products and commercial services solicitation.

The document contains two primary sections: FAR Provisions for Solicitation and FAR Clauses Incorporated by Reference. The provisions section identifies representations and certifications required at the time of offer submission, including representations regarding confidentiality agreements, System for Award Management (SAM) registration, entity code reporting, ownership or control of offeror, inverted domestic corporations, small business status, Buy American compliance, and Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act (FASCSA) orders. The clauses section lists the full contract terms and conditions that will be binding upon award, covering compliance, payment, equal opportunity, environmental requirements, foreign purchase restrictions, protests, and other standard federal contracting requirements. Key compliance areas include prohibitions on contracting with certain entities, reporting executive compensation and subcontract awards, restrictions on telecommunications and video surveillance services, and requirements to combat trafficking in persons. The document notes that SAM may require additional representations beyond those listed in the solicitation, and provides a URL for accessing full clause text at https://www.acquisition.gov/browse/index/far.
