STATEMENT OF WORK:
Propane Services for DLA Distribution Oklahoma City, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma 73145 Period of Performance: 30 September 2024 through 30 September 2027 (12 Months)
Type: UN1075, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, 2.1 Cannister Size: 3u – approximately 8 gallons Estimated Yearly consumption: 45,000 – 50,000 gallons.
Vendor will supply all cages; to include lockable storage racks and cylinders free of charge.
LPG Cylinders must be of accurate size to be secured in manufactures mount.
LPG Cylinders must contain operational fuel gauge.
Delivery date: Every Monday and Thursday. Holiday delivery will occur the day prior or the day after the holiday.
Vendor may be called to resupply LPG prior to the scheduled time; in these instances, a 24-hour maximum response time is required.
Services: Fill cylinders that are empty in rack locations, see below.
Repair/replace tanks that have bad O-rings, valves, or any other defects that may cause the leakage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), or integrity of the cylinders.
Supply Markings to meet ANCI/OSHA Compliance.
Identification tags to be supplied by the vendor for inoperable cylinder(s).
Maintenance of LPG cylinders is the responsibility of vendor.
Used cylinders of LPG will be placed in supplied racks with the bottom of the tank facing outside.
Filled cylinders will be placed with valves to the outside.
Delivery Locations:
1. Building 10, Door 16 - 12 bottle rack + 9 bottles = 21 total
2. Building 11, Door - 0 bottle rack (borrow from 10) – 1 bottle = 1 total
3. Building 18, Door 17 – 12 bottle rack + 18 bottles = 30 total
4. Building 412, Door 10 – 8 bottle rack + 5 bottles = 13 total
5. Building 416, Door 19 – 16 bottle rack + 5 bottles = 21 total
6. Building 510, Door 8 – 24 bottle rack + 6 bottles = 30 total
7. Building 506, Door 47 – 48 bottle rack + 29 bottles = 77 total
8. Building 812 (Outside of Locked Gate) – 12 bottle rack + 4 bottle = 16 total
9. Building 1022 (Outside of Locked Gate) - 4 bottle rack + 1 bottle = 5 total
10. Building 3001 (Corp), by the fence of Bldg. 3117 – 12 bottle rack + 6 bottles = 18 total
11. Building 9001, Door – 4 bottle rack + 1 bottle = 5 total
12. Building 1, Door 64 - 9 bottle rack + 5 bottles = 14 total
13. Building 1130 (72nd/PCSI) – West Side - 6 Bottle Rack = 6 total
Total = 167 bottles in racks, 90 bottles in forklifts located in various buildings = 257
In case of future expanse, the contractor will provide additional racks and cylinders to accommodate the mission. There will be no down time to forklifts during transition period. Vehicles that are currently operating with LPG will have their tanks exchanged by the new vendor, prior to disposition of their old tanks.
The Contractor will be required to supply these racks, tanks, cylinders and bottles. Tanks and cylinders should be made of aluminum.
