The PSC is required to field-verify all existing conditions and provide updated CAD base plans. Proposal responses must be submitted to SIGMA VSS by 2:00 p.m. on July 2, 2026, with RFP questions due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on June 23, 2026. Proposals should include total project costs for all phases as the bid amount, with firms encouraged to combine technical and cost proposals into a single attachment not exceeding 25 megabytes. Existing PDF drawings and CAD files will be provided by MDOC; however, the PSC bears responsibility for field verification and developing updated base plans. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SIGMA VSS; however, emailed submissions may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with DTMB Design and Construction Division approval, provided they are received prior to the 2:00 p.m. deadline. Proposals should indicate whether a Food Service Consultant is included as part of the design team.
