About this file
This document is a Project Images Worksheet that provides guidelines for applicants to include photographs as part of their application for the FY2024 Historic Preservation Fund - Underrepresented Communities Grants program.
The worksheet outlines requirements for the photos, such as including a caption, photo credit, and showing current conditions and threats to the historic site or resource. Applicants are required to provide at least one current photo per elevation and one overall photo. The photos will become the property of the National Park Service (NPS) and may be used without permission. The worksheet also includes links to application tips and a FAQ. This document is a template to be completed by applicants as part of the grant application process.
The related federal grant opportunity, the FY2024 Historic Preservation Fund - Underrepresented Communities Grants, is a funding program administered by the NPS to diversify listings in the National Register of Historic Places to include underrepresented communities. Eligible applicants include state and local governments, tribal organizations, nonprofits, and higher education institutions. Projects must result in at least one new or amended National Register nomination.
