About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Chemistry Analyzer System issued by the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) for the MMRU (Metabolism and Microbiome Research Unit) at the Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center in Little Rock, AR.

The key requirements are for a benchtop clinical chemistry analyzer with over 30 assays, open channels for customized assays, high reliability, and minimal sample volume requirements. The system must have features such as bar code identification, remote diagnostics, and integration with LIS/HIS/PIMS. Offerors must provide a quotation with the item description, unit price, and completed FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications by 4:00 pm CST on December 2, 2024. Award will be made on a best value basis, with technical capability and past performance more important than price. All responsible sources may submit an offer, and the government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract.
