About this file

This document is a Product Description Sheet for a software renewal contract (S3I 25-106) involving Skayl SW Renewal. The sheet details two line items for PHENOM® software subscription and maintenance:

Line Item 1 is a 12-month subscription for 5 users, providing access to the PHENOM SaaS tool suite with capabilities including model browsing, editing, collaboration, analysis, and support for standard interfaces like FACE 2.1-3.1. The subscription also includes CinC® for R&D Integration, enabling test and integration of modeled interface systems through infrastructure software generation. Line Item 2 covers quarterly remote maintenance, support, and updates for on-premise PHENOM installations, which include tooling advances, new modules, automation enhancements, and user interface improvements. The document emphasizes that timely application of quarterly updates is crucial, as delayed updates may require additional engineering support or potentially necessitate a full PHENOM reinstallation.
