The Louisiana Army National Guard is seeking three sets of loading ramps compatible with C-5, C-17, and C-130 aircraft. The ramps must be constructed from lightweight, durable military-grade aluminum and measure 90 inches in overall length with a 30-inch width. Key performance requirements include a maximum system load rating of 8,000 pounds per axle (4,000 pounds per individual ramp section), a maximum contact pressure of less than 50 PSI, and a 9-degree load angle when deployed. The ramps must feature heavy-duty 1/2-inch cleats with five serrated teeth for traction, be modular and portable for stacking into pickup beds while complying with 463 cargo pallet specifications, and require no tools for assembly or disassembly within 10 minutes. Additional specifications require industrial rubber contact surfaces where components touch the aircraft, ATTLA certification, and accompanying storage boxes with forklift pockets.

The contractor must deliver the complete system to 391 FGS Building 31, NAS/JRB New Orleans, 400 Russell Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70143, no later than 90 days after contract award. Shipping must be included as a separate line item in the quotation and provided FOB destination. The solution includes a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on the ramps and a 1-year limited warranty on storage boxes. No installation or training is required from the contractor. This is a pre-solicitation notice (W50S7Z26SSP0001) issued by the Department of the Army Louisiana Army National Guard, indicating the government is conducting market research prior to formal solicitation release.
