Product Description- Engraved Tumber Cups v3.pdf

This is a Product Description document for a California Air National Guard (CA ANG) procurement of engraved tumbler cups for recruiting purposes.

The CA ANG seeks to purchase 1,000 stainless steel tumbler cups (30 oz minimum, 40 oz maximum) with laser-engraved California Air National Guard logos. The cups must meet Stanley Cup specifications (SKU: 100000110555 or equivalent) and include the following features: double-wall vacuum insulation, FlowState screw-on 3-position lid, reusable straw, comfort grip handle, car cup holder compatibility with a 3.15-inch base diameter, BPA-free construction, and dishwasher-safe capability. The engraving should display the California Air National Guard text centered on the front of each cup in approximately 2.5 by 1.5 inches. Delivery is required to four separate CA ANG recruiting locations with varying quantities: 300 units to 129th Recruiting in Sunnyvale, 200 units to 144th Recruiting in Fresno, 200 units to 146th Recruiting in Oxnard, and 300 units to 163rd Recruiting at March Air Reserve Base. The procurement summary identifies three line items: the tumbler cups (1,000 units), engraving service (1,000 units), and shipping as a single consolidated item. Attachment 1 provides the official CA ANG logo featuring a bear, star, and circular seal with "CAL GUARD," "AIR NATIONAL GUARD," "CALIFORNIA MILITARY DEPARTMENT," and "EST. 1850" text.
