Product Description & Requirements A-10 Custom Fiberglas Canopy Covers

1 Description
Fabrication and delivery of custom-designed fiberglass parts to support Plastic Media Blast (PMB) operations at Hill AFB. All parts fabricated by the contractor shall meet the specifi-ations and requirements set forth by the cognizant engineering authority, as outlined below.
2 Specifications
Parts shall be fabricated per drawings X202405988 and X202405989 using fiberglass material to a thickness of 1 inch. This order calls for (2) EA of both part designs. Approval from cognizant engineering authority shall be obtained on the completed mold dimensions before proceeding with fiberglass layup. The contractor shall provide documentation of materials used, manufacturing processes, and any certificates relevant to the final product.
All drawings and designs related to this order are the sole property of the United States Air Force, and may not be distributed, replicated, or otherwise reproduced without prior consent from the owning organization.
3 Changes
No changes may be made to these requirements without prior approval from the cognizant engineering authority.

4 Delivery
Completed parts shall be shipped to the address below. Completed parts shall be deliv-ered within 90 days ARO, unless otherwise approved. Delivery can be coordinated with the Project Engineer at (303)562-8445. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Truck entry is through the North Gate from the 5600 South exit of I-15.

5 Warranty
Standard commercial warranty shall be provided by the contractor.
