STATEMENT OF WORK
B-52 PERSONAL PRIVACY CURTAIN
Background: As the B-52 continues to fly long duration missions, especially with mixed crews, there is a higher need for privacy during rest room activities. This effort is to fabricate the necessary curtains for rest room privacy at the urinal.
1. Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and all other items or services necessary to manufacture and deliver (60) B-52 Privacy Curtains as described herein.
2. Requirements: Contractor shall fabricate a total of (60) curtains in accordance with drawing (202079159) attached. Contractor shall first fabricate (1) prototype curtain and ship to Tinker AFB for government evaluation and fit check. Following verification, the PCO will notify contractor by email or telephone to continue fabrication of remaining (59) curtains.
Curtain Details:
Parachute material (CLOTH, NYLON SPEC MIL-C-7020 COLOR OLIVE GREEN. (ALTERNATE MATERIAL: FLAME PROOF COTTON FABRIC, PER TT-C-595, BMS-8-18A, TYPE II WITH OPACITY PER PARA 6.2, WT 4.5OZ/SQ YD, OLIVE GREEN)
Mounted with bungee that has composite coated metal hooks on each end.
Pocket is sewn onto curtain; curtain will be folded into pocket for stowage.
Delivery Schedule: Contractor shall ship (1) prototype curtain within (5) days of Receipt of Material and (59) curtains within (40) days of verification of prototype from PCO.
3. Packaging and Shipping: All curtains should be shipped with tracking number emailed to USG Program Manager, Jane.deviney.1.ctr@us.af.mil. FOB Destination. All curtains must arrive at their final destination undamaged. Contractor shall ship (1) prototype to Tinker AFB, (26) completed curtains to Minot AFB; (26) completed curtains to Barksdale AFB and (7) completed curtains to Tinker AFB; addresses below:

4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES:
Government Furnished Material (GFM) shall include: 20” Flat Bungee with steel coated hooks (65ea); 1 Inch 16 Yards Nylon Webbing Straps with 16 Set 1 Inch Flat Side Release Plastic Buckles and Tri-Glide Slides (4 ea). The government will provide (300) yards of (CLOTH, NYLON SPEC MIL-C-7020 COLOR /OLIVE GREEN)
Contractor shall be capable of furnishing all required labor, facilities, and equipment to fabricate and return the Privacy Curtains to the government in a completely serviceable condition at the unit prices established at the time of a contract award.
