About this file

The document is a Pricing Table for a Fire Fuel Reduction project issued by Sacramento County Regional Parks in California, targeting multiple locations along the American River Parkway. The project seeks a Non-Profit or Conservation Corps organization to perform comprehensive fire mitigation work from March 2023 to April 2029, with specific focus on five areas totaling approximately 39.5 acres. These areas include fire fuel reduction within property lines, fire road maintenance, parkway fire breaks, and habitat preservation at locations such as Sacramento Bar, Sailor Bar, Dry Creek Parkway, Fair Oaks Bluff, and Rollingwood.

The pricing table provides a structured format for quarterly and annual maintenance costs across five specific locations, with an estimated total cost to be determined by the bidding organization. The project requirements include removing invasive species, eliminating ladder fuels, planting native sedge plugs, and creating firebreaks to reduce wildfire risks. A critical requirement is verification of the contractor's status as a Non-Profit or Conservation Corps organization, and the contract is subject to review and approval by the County Board of Supervisors. The work will be conducted under the guidance of County Parks and Metro Fire personnel, with the ultimate goal of preserving and protecting the scenic and sensitive habitat adjacent to the American River.
