About this file
This is a Pricing Sheet for a Request for Information (RFI) related to Emergency Medical Evacuation Services for NASA Johnson Space Center. The document outlines pricing structures for a firm fixed price group membership model covering medical evacuation and repatriation services with an attending medical team. The base period of performance runs from October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, with an option period from January 1, 2031, through December 31, 2031. The contract includes 55,250 travel days during the base period and 13,000 travel days during the option period, with pricing to be determined ("OFI" - Other Federal Issuance). The membership includes all services specified in the Statement of Work, with no additional costs beyond those expressly provided.
The pricing sheet addresses three primary service categories. Section 1 covers firm fixed price group membership for pre-paid services, with an optional delta pricing tier for medevac using Portable Medical Isolation Units for infectious disease evacuation. Section 2 addresses independent NASA-identified travelers not included in the group membership, offering individual and family coverage options at various annual day levels (15, 30, 90, and 365 days), with optional pricing for Portable Medical Isolation Unit evacuations. Section 3 provides optional pricing for advance reservation of medical transport via air ambulance and separate call-up/execution pricing for when reserved services are actually utilized. All optional coverages and add-on services will be unilaterally determined by the Government and incorporated through contract modifications. The pricing structure remains valid for the entire contract period.

2. NASA Identified Independent Traveler Membership Pricing NASA has a requirement for a select number of NASA identified independent travelers to receive the same requirements stated in this contract, but are not included in travel days identified in the pricing tables in section 1. The pre-paid requirements and services for these travelers will not be charged to NASA, nor counted towards fulfillment of NASA requirements. 3. Advance Reservation and Call-up/Execution of Medical Transport via Air Ambulance for Traveler NASA may require a reservation of medical transport via air ambulance in advance of an event or activity. As needed, NASA will unilaterally issue a revision to this order for the reservation utilizing the price listed in Table 3.a. If this medical transport via air ambulance, which is determined solely by the Government, is called-up and executed after reservation, NASA will pay the price listed in Table 3.b for the occurrence. All additional costs shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and no additional cost beyond the Table 3.a price per reservation fee, and Table 3.b, if executed, will be incurred by NASA. The advance reservation and possible subsequent medical transport via air ambulance will be unilaterally determined by the Government and shall result in a modification to the contract to update clause 1.
