About this file
This is a pricing schedule template for nonpersonal ambulatory care registered nurse services at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC). The schedule requests an all-inclusive hourly rate for approximately 160 hours per month of regular/overtime work, which must include all labor, fringe benefits, transportation, per diem, supervision, housing, and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
The contract opportunity, issued by the Indian Health Service (Solicitation #75H71025Q00056), seeks six Ambulatory Care Nurses. Offerors are limited to submitting no more than five candidates per position, and personnel submitted by multiple offerors will not be considered. The specified hours in the pricing schedule are estimates only, and variations from these estimates will not constitute grounds for price adjustments.
