About this file
This document is a Price Schedule for a Timber Appraisal and Design Meeting hosted by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The event will take place from October 14-17, 2024, and the DNR is seeking to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 25 attendees within 15 miles of 1201 E Hwy 2, Grand Rapids, MN. Responding companies must provide details on the lodging pricing, including room charges, taxes, and total costs per room per night. The document also outlines the cancellation policy for the event, stating that the contractor will not seek any additional costs or fees in the event of cancellation, except for the specified cancellation fees.
The pricing schedule provided in the document indicates that the DNR will issue a single purchase order per vendor, and payment will be made after all items have been received and approved. There are no partial payments allowed. Vendors must review and comply with all requests stated in the attached SAMPLE contract, specifically Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1.
