About this file
This document is a price schedule for the RX 310 Course Training event to be held from September 16-20, 2024. The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is procuring single occupancy lodging for up to 36 attendees within 30 miles of Brainerd, MN as specified in Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1. The vendor is responsible for reviewing and complying with all requirements. DNR will be the determining factor if the vendor meets the specifications, and only one purchase order will be issued per vendor. Payment will be made after all items have been received and approved.
The price schedule details the lodging rates for single occupancy rooms from September 16-20, 2024, including the room charge, tax, and total cost per room per night. Vendors must provide the addresses of any additional properties or facilities included in their offer.
