About this file

This is a Price Schedule document for a lodging procurement issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a Tribal Training conference in Bemidji, Minnesota. The State seeks single occupancy lodging for up to 110 attendees on March 26, 2026, with up to 10 additional rooms needed for March 25, 2026. Check-in is scheduled for March 25, 2026 (10 people for 2 nights) and March 26, 2026 (110 people for 1 night), with checkout on March 27, 2026. Prospective responders must submit questions in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Responses must be submitted through the Supplier Portal and must comply with specifications detailed in Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1 of the sample contract.

Responders are required to provide pricing for room charges and applicable taxes on a per-room-per-night basis on the provided spreadsheet, with all charges listed in United States currency. The price schedule includes a cancellation policy section requiring contractors to specify cancellation fees in dollar amounts for various notice periods (between 30-15 days, 14-3 days, 72-48 hours, 48-24 hours, and less than 24 hours prior to the conference dates). The State will not reimburse any charges not included on the submitted spreadsheet. Contractors agree not to seek additional costs or fees, and the State agency assumes responsibility for paying any applicable cancellation fees in the event the conference is cancelled for reasons other than non-appropriation.
