About this file

This is a Price Proposal Form from Floyd County for Emergency Debris Removal and Disposal Services covering two contract periods: Years 1-2 and Years 3-5. The services requested include collection and disposal of vegetative debris, construction and demolition debris, hazardous stumps, and storm-damaged vehicles and vessels from public rights-of-way and private property. The scope includes tree cutting services, marine debris removal, bank restoration, sand collection and screening, and handling of hazardous waste and white goods.

The pricing structure is based on per-unit costs across multiple categories, with distance-based tiers (0-15 miles, 16-30 miles, 31-60 miles) for debris hauling services. Specific pricing is required for tree removal based on diameter sizes, stump removal, debris reduction via burning or grinding, sand screening, and vehicle/vessel recovery services. The form emphasizes that all categories must be filled out completely with no modifications to the tables, or proposals may be deemed non-responsive. Special considerations are noted for large vehicles and vessels in environmentally sensitive areas, which may require case-by-case negotiation.
