About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent/Due Diligence Posting from the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services regarding the continuation of services on statewide contract PRF84-Payment Solutions with the vendor Catalis. The Department intends to continue engaging Catalis on PRF84 for payment solutions services initiated or implemented under the previous contract PRF59A. This represents best value for the Commonwealth, as it eliminates the need for internal resource constraints associated with re-platforming payment processing and reintegrating business solutions and interfaces. The services consist of online payments integrated with the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy's Learning Management System for student registration, the boiler pressure vessel program, and MMARS/BARS for incident and contract training related payments.

The initial term of statewide contract PRF84 expires on April 30, 2027, with potential contract extensions. The Department is posting this notice for due diligence purposes and welcomes questions from interested parties by September 26, 2023.
