About this file
This is a Notice of Intent/Due Diligence Posting from the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) regarding the continuation of payment solutions services on statewide contract PRF84 with Catalis. DCAMM intends to continue engaging Catalis on this contract, which provides online payment integration with B2GNow and MMARS for vendor certification, as well as online payments to DCAMM for various purposes. The initial term of contract PRF84 expires on April 30, 2027, but may be extended until any contract extensions expire, or due to a reduction in funding, change in law, vendor breach or default, or other causes.
The continuation of services with Catalis on PRF84 represents the best value for the Commonwealth and its constituents, as it eliminates the need for internal resource constraints associated with re-platforming payment processing and reintegrating business solutions and interfaces, resulting in significant time and cost savings.
