About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to County Contract No. SR 2556 between Sarasota County, Florida and Tank Wizards Inc., a Florida corporation, for petroleum storage tank services. The amendment corrects errors in the original Exhibit B – Fee Schedule that incorrectly depicted the Unit of Measure for multiple line items. The corrected fee schedule became effective upon execution of this amendment, which was executed after the original contract's effective date of April 23, 2024. The amendment maintains all other terms, covenants, and conditions of the original term contract in full force and effect.

The amended fee schedule establishes hourly rates for underground and aboveground storage tank testing services, ranging from $50.00 to $300.00 per hour per tank depending on the type of testing performed. Underground storage tank testing services include annual and three-year interval testing for release detection, overfill protection, line leak detectors, spill buckets, dispensers, line secondaries, piping sumps, storage tanks, and STP sumps. Aboveground storage tank testing services cover annual testing for release detection and overfill detection at $50.00 per hour per tank. Repairs and installation services are priced at $90.00 per hour for normal business hours, $120.00 per hour for after-hours services, and $150.00 per hour for emergency response, with a 10 percent markup applied to parts, materials, and County pre-approved subcontractor services. All pricing is stated as per hour per tank with unit prices clearly specified in the corrected schedule.
