Projector. The required projector is the exact Christie 4K22A-HS TAA configuration, P/N 171- 067104-01, a 4K UHD 1DLP laser projector in the approximately 19,000 ANSI / 22,500 ISO lumen class. The unit shall be factory-new, unused, current production, genuine OEM equipment, furnished with standard OEM accessories and the applicable Christie manufacturer warranty.
Projection lens. The required lens is the exact Christie P/N 140-115108-02, 1.02-1.36:1 short zoom projection lens for the Christie HS platform. The lens shall be factory-new, unused, current production, genuine OEM equipment, furnished in its protective OEM packaging with the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Brand-name requirement. This is a brand-name-only requirement. No substitute, alternate, successor, superseding, replacement, or functionally equivalent manufacturer/model/part number will be accepted. Competition will be sought among responsible open-market sources capable of furnishing the exact specified Christie products. The applicable brand-name documentation will be posted with the RFQ.
Export-worthy single-crate requirement. The projector body and projection lens are separate products. Each must remain secured in its respective OEM package, and both OEM packages must then be consolidated together inside one rigid export-worthy outer crate. The complete shipment must be tendered as one shipment piece to facilitate U.S. Despatch handling and tracking and to minimize the risk of separation or loss during onward international transportation.
The outer crate must be suitable for repeated handling, domestic transportation, onward international air shipment, and normal export transit hazards. Internal blocking, bracing, cushioning, and moisture protection shall prevent movement and protect the projector and precision optical lens. If solid-wood packaging is used, applicable ISPM 15 requirements shall be met. The final RFQ will provide the complete packing, marking, photograph, packing-list, crate-dimension, gross-weight, and tracking requirements.
Delivery. Complete delivery is required FOB Destination within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the fully approved purchase order. Early delivery is encouraged. Partial, split, or separate delivery of the projector and lens is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. Delivery shall occur on a business day during the receiving window of 09:00- 16:00 local time at the despatch destination.
Following Government acceptance at the despatch location, the Government will arrange onward transportation to U.S. Embassy Ankara, Turkiye. The contractor will not be responsible for Government-arranged international transportation after acceptance, except for continuing warranty and other obligations stated in the resulting purchase order.
Acquisition approach. The forthcoming requirement will be issued as an open-market commercial-product RFQ using the policies and procedures applicable to commercial products and simplified acquisitions. The brand-name restriction is supported by the Government acquisition file. The Government intends to obtain maximum practicable competition among capable resellers of the exact required Christie products.
Award basis. The Government anticipates one all-or-none, firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation that conforms to the RFQ. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. No technical-price tradeoff is contemplated, and award may be made based on initial quotations without discussions.
