The classification codes are PSC K017 and NAICS 541330-1, with a small business size standard of $47 million. Interested parties may submit capability statements by 10/21/2026 at 1600 EST addressing ability to provide required supplies/services, technical capabilities and experience, access to technical data and intellectual property rights, ability to meet delivery schedules, and business information. The anticipated solicitation release and award dates are October 2026 and January 2027, respectively.
