PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
NAICS: 541519 – Other Computer Related Services M68909-22-R-7602
This Presolicitation Notice is being posted in advance of Solicitation No. M68909-22-R-7602 for the Tactical Support Systems-3(TSS-3). The forthcoming solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition. Information contained in this notice is subject to change. No proposals are being requested at this time.
The Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM) requires highly skilled technical systems expertise for trouble-shooting and issue resolution; tactical communications network analysis and diagnostics; and fielded Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence system set-up, maintenance, system engineering, technical support, configuration management, and over-the-shoulder training for Marines deployed and in garrison.
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to one offeror. The ID/IQ contract’s period of performance will be five years and five one-year options pursuant to DFARS 217.204(e)(i).

The Government may provide additional attachments to the solicitation no later than the date of the solicitation release. Interested offerors are advised that attachments included in this announcement, are in DRAFT form and are subject to change. The final versions will be released with the solicitation.
Solicitation Number M68909-22-R-7602 is anticipated to be issued in January 2022 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website located at the following address: https://sam.gov/content/home. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the original solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a proposal. Proposals will be due no later than 30 days after solicitation issuance. Those responding to the solicitation have the responsibility to obtain all amendments and other applicable documents. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://sam.gov/content/home.
