The County encourages participation from small business, minority business, women's business enterprise, veteran-owned business, and labor surplus area firms, though no specific set-asides are indicated. Within 30 days of the Notice of Recommended Award, the selected consultant must submit a detailed Scope of Services for County approval and contract inclusion.
