QUESTIONS
Q1. Where would you prefer the location of the heat pump in the basement?
A1. Please locate the unit close to the exiting Boiler and the refrigerator. If the refrigerators need to move over, we can move them over some.
Q2. Location of floor registers?
A2. We would prefer all floor registers be in front of windows or as close as possible. In the 1st floor bathroom, we understand the space between the toilet and sink is minimal so under the towel bar is acceptable.
Q3. Are we responsible for covering the furniture?
A3. Yes, you are to cover the furniture. The occupants will move what they can from areas that work will be done in, but the house is currently occupied. Contractors need to take precautions to cover when dust is created.
Q4. Are we allowed to take space from the closet for the return?
A4. Yes, you are allowed to take space from the closet but be aware that the access panel to the shower is also in this same location. Do no block access panel for the shower entirely for return register ductwork.
Q5. Location of the condensers on the exterior of building?
A5. We would like the condensers to be on the same side as the oil tank.
