Pre-Solicitation Notice W9124D-22-R-0009
EDUCATION SUPPORT SERVICES (ESSC)
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Knox shall be issuing a solicitation for the following:
A single award contract is intended. The requirement is to provide administrative support services required by Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) in the Office of the Adjutant General directorate (TAGD) and it subordinate agencies at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This work includes, but is not limited to, any function, which is necessary during the processing of educational benefits and programs beginning upon initial receipt or contact, research and review required regulations, records, and law; developing a recommendation on the disposition for government approval, preparing responses for signature, releasing disposition to required agencies or claimants, and other related services as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The acquisition is anticipated to be for a twelve-month base period (includes a 30-day phase-in period) and four, one-year option periods.
This requirement is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside, NAICS: 611710, with a size standard of $16.5M, which applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be posted on www.sam.gov around 9 February 2022 with proposals due around 10 March 2022.
No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to JoDeen M.
