The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed- Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition.
The government intend to procure Bullet Trap Cleanout Services, in support of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) in Chesapeake, VA. The associated NAICS code is 561210 with a small business size standard of $47M.
