About this file

This document provides a pre-solicitation notice for a future Government-to-Government Operational Support contract to be awarded by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to Senegal. The future contract will support USAID, the Ministry of Health and Social Action, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Water and Sanitation in Senegal to improve the functionality and effectiveness of government-to-government components within USAID/Senegal's health, education, and water, sanitation and hygiene programs. The contract will provide analytic, management, capacity building, and logistical support services with a focus on supporting shared goals for public health, education, and water programs. The pre-solicitation notice indicates that USAID/Senegal plans to issue a request for proposal for a cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract with an estimated five-year period of performance to be conducted according to FAR Part 15. Interested offerors should register with beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and amendments regarding the forthcoming solicitation to be posted on that site.
