Pre-Solicitation Notice for

140P2125R0026

Unarmed Security Guard Services

This is a pre-solicitation notice with the intent to advertise for Unarmed Security Guard Services. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 15 and will be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.

The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Requirements Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity award to one ISBEE.

The duration of the project will be five years consisting of a base one-year period and four (4) one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612 – Security Guards and Patrol Services.

The base contract will include a base statement of work, with supplemental statements of work for the following tasks:

- Transition Management Phase

- Operations Supervisor

- Washington Monument

- Wolf Trap

- Ford’s Theater

- White House Visitor’s Center

- Lincoln Memorial

This solicitation and any amendments are paperless and will be available on the internet only. The solicitation will be available on or about March 10, 2024, which will include the solicitation closing date and time for submission of proposals. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement as all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for the release of information and to register for notifications to this procurement via this website. All contractors must have a valid UEI number and be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award of a contract. Contractors may access the Internet site at:

https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about SAM. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation prior to or after the closing date.
