The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, has a construction requirement for the crack seal, chip seal, and related road work to improve the Ruby Creek Road and Day Use Area south of
Ennis, MT. The estimated magnitude of construction is $500,000 - $1,000,000.
There is no solicitation at this time. The BLM expects to issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation in mid to late July 2022. A single firm fixed price award will result from this solicitation. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage
Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310
Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $39.5 million. All materials must be in accordance with the Buy American Act.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation package will be available electronically at www.sam.gov and will remain posted for 30 calendar days. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring www.sam.gov for the release of the solicitation package and any solicitation amendments. The government will not provide paper copies or email the solicitation.
