DESCRIPTION

The Atlanta VA Health Care System operates VA-owned electrical power distribution equipment serving occupied healthcare facilities at the Main Campus, Fort McPherson VA Clinic, and Trinka-Davis Veterans Village Clinic. Applicable VA facility electrical power systems policy, including VHA Directive 1028, Facility Electrical Power Systems, or formally issued successor, requires recurring inspection, testing, maintenance, calibration, and documentation of facility electrical power system equipment on a 36-month maintenance interval. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the services required to complete the current 36-month inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and infrared scanning cycle for the equipment.

The 36-month reference is the maintenance interval established by policy. It is not the duration of this contract.
