About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for RFP408391 that addresses two key clarification points for potential bidders. The first question concerns container height specifications, with the government confirming that either standard ISO height (8'6") or High Cube height (9'6") is acceptable, despite the original Statement of Work (SOW) listing a 9' height requirement. The second question relates to the NAICS code 332439 for Other Metal Container Manufacturing, which references a 600-employee threshold. The government clarified that this procurement is not a small-business set-aside and is open to both small and large businesses. Potential bidders are directed to the Small Business Administration (SBA) website to understand size classifications for businesses.
