EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
U.S. Department of State
Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Statement of Work (SOW) After the donation of 10x IonScan 600 Trace Detector Scanners, we are requiring maintenance and repair and PMI, the equipment located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to support the mission. The technical specifications aSOW-PR12447954 - Maintenance, Repair and PMI for IONSCAN 600re provided below.
1.0 Technical Specifications
10x IonScan 600 Units in need of annual service. 4 units in need of annual PMI only, 6 units in need of repair & PMI (s/n: 91464,61472,91481,91484, and 91489).
An OEM Tech will travel to the Dominican Republic to a designated work location to evaluate and work on all 10 IonScan 600 units. Based on the actual work required to inspect, repair, and conduct Preventive Maintenance on all 10 units, additional discounts will be made where possible, as actual costs are realized based on actual repairs required. This is an estimate based on the OEM’s technical department analysis of the existing error codes. PRG recommends this option as the most cost effective for DoS. PRG realizes that there is lessened risk of shipping loss/damage/delays when the IonScan units’ items remain within the custody and control of the customer. Any parts not used during the repairs will not be charged to the customer.
NOTE: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items must be in original packaging, never used, and not altered in any way. Components of the requested equipment, to include memory, must be manufacturer-approved and may not be compatible, remanufactured, or refurbished equipment. Offerors are required to provide the appropriate technical specification sheet, along with their submission.
