b. We tried to register and SAM registration since April 2022, but it keeps asking TIN, while as Indonesian company we don’t have TIN, what should we do?
c. Our building name is changed, while the street name remains the same. But SAM could not accept the changes. To whom we should talk about this?
d. We could not get the Unique Entity Identification from the first time we tried to register on SAM.gov. Is that possible to get that UEI ASAP?
e. We tried to register on SAM since last June but failed. Can we submit our proposal without registering on SAM? We will do the registration later.
f. We intend to revise our data on SAM, the company name should have the company name first and then type of entity, instead of type of entity then the company name, but it said could not be changed. What should we do?
g. Related to the above questions, we still have a problems in registering in SAM.gov system. In the system, we got 2 company names. We could not choose either of them, first name is invalid of year incorporation, and second name we should submit TIN number, as we are a local company which doesn't have a TIN number. We have tried to contact FSD many times, until now after 4 months we are still having difficulties in processing SAM.gov. Please provide a guideline for this matter.
A.1 SAM registration is required prior to submitting a proposal, please see FAR 52.204-7 in Section 2 of the solicitation. If you have problem in registering your entity in SAM, we suggest you contact FSD at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp and open the ticket, then check the answer by login to FSD regularly and respond their requests.
