The contractor must commence work within 5 days of the notice to proceed and complete the entire work within 10 working days of contract award. The contractor is required to obtain all necessary licenses and permits, comply with applicable laws, and remove all trash and debris from the job site. Upon completion, the contractor must contact the Contracting Officer's Representative to arrange for inspection and acceptance of the work. Invoicing for the services will be done monthly or weekly, with payment terms of Net 30 or potentially Net 15 for small businesses.

The Coast Guard has a critical requirement for this equipment to support the Regional Port Security Units' training, conferences, and meetings. The Coast Guard is providing notice of the intent to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source contract to HDT Expeditionary Systems. Responses are due by August 14, 2024, but the Government reserves the right to use the information provided for any purpose deemed necessary.
