PR-323 Star Volunteer Sticker Blue + Gold.pdf

This is a product specification document from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for Star Volunteer stickers. The procurement requires 1-inch by 2-inch adhesive stickers featuring the State of Wisconsin designation, with a 1/16-inch overhang for backer material on all four sides. The stickers are to be printed in two colors: Metallic Gold (PMS #10343C) and Metallic Blue (PMS #10249C). The specified quantity is 500 stickers per roll with a 3-inch core, with waste material to be removed as part of the production process.

The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, contract duration, bid due dates, award dates, or other financial and administrative parameters. No set-aside provisions, incumbent information, or funding sources are specified in this specification sheet. This appears to be a standard product specification used to communicate exact requirements to potential vendors for the manufacturing and delivery of promotional volunteer stickers.
