About this file

This is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) issued by the Maryland State Police Quartermaster Division for the Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The procurement is specifically seeking Dell Pro Rugged 14 Laptops to replace existing laptops experiencing software issues and technological limitations. The agency requires 23 laptops to be delivered by 5/30/25, with proposals due on 5/7/25 at 2:00 PM. The delivery location is 7745 Washington Boulevard in Jessup, Maryland, and the procurement is conducted through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage.

The solicitation is designated as a Small Business Reserve (SBR) Procurement, which means only certified small businesses meeting Maryland's statutory requirements are eligible to bid. The evaluation criteria will prioritize price and delivery timeliness, with award recommendation based on the most advantageous proposal to the state. The procurement is part of a master contract (060B540007) for Dell products, and only master contractors awarded under Functional Area I are eligible to submit proposals. No MBE participation goal is specified for this procurement, and the agency reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity based on funding availability.
