The PORFP is a fixed-price solicitation focusing on Functional Area I (Two-Way Radio Equipment), with no small business reserve or minority business enterprise (MBE) goals specified. Bidders must provide part numbers, descriptions, cost breakdowns, and include a screenshot of the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). Special requirements include purchasing new and unused equipment, guaranteeing virus-free software, and providing estimated ship dates. Evaluation criteria prioritize matching part numbers/descriptions and cost. Invoicing will be electronic, with detailed requirements for proper invoice submission, and the first year's invoice must be submitted within 30 days of contract start.
